Bar La Font - Polop

Well if you're starving, one of Deb's homemade hamburgers wont go amiss! That and a generous glass of Rioja makes the whole afternoon pass in a blur of that feeling you get when you remember why you moved out to Spain in the first place.

I was visiting friends up North and we called into Bar La Font for tapas. I'd been told that all the tapas was homemade and was a refreshing change from the usual tapas that you find in most bars. We were told right! The homemade albondigas were to die for. Then we joined in with the quiz night and we won! Well, actually we came joint top and had to answer a tie breaker question about a mouse and that's when we got robbed! I'd still go back though, the food was fab, the owners were delightful and we had fun!
